​Why we build our own props

At Track Seven Events, we believe in giving our clients an event experience they will never forget. In order to achieve this, we really have to stand apart in the very crowded event management and planning industry. How do we do that? We build many of our own props.
 
We specialize in high-end events ranging from fancy weddings and slick corporate gatherings to bar and bat mitzvahs, proms, concerts, fashion shows, and more. Special design themes and décor come with the territory – and so do unique props. The unparalleled experience that our customers enjoy when they walk into their event, which is made complete through our expert event design and production, has made Track Seven Events one of the top Atlanta event management companies.
 
Thanks to our custom fabrication department’s artistic vision and skill, we’re able to create customized props and sets in any shape and size – and theme – that our clients can imagine! Plus, we aim to use real objects rather than simple decorations to make the event a memorable one. After all, an event is an investment in both time and money.
 
Building our own props goes beyond just making our clients’ events memorable – it also helps to grow our business. Wondering how? Building our own props has saved us a lot of time and money. Instead of tracking down a particular item, we build it ourselves. That allows us to offer our clients something unique and gives us an extra edge in the future.
 
As a modern event management company, we believe in the notion of repurposing items so as to avoid waste. ​Giving annual events a fresh look and feel

Many Atlanta event management companies know that it can sometimes be a challenge to give an annual event a fresh new look and feel, especially since many of the same people attend year in and year out. However, there are some key methods to keeping annual events from going stale. Here are a few of them:

  • Use a different format. There is nothing that requires event designers to use the same format every year. In fact, hosts and attendees alike will likely welcome changing up the format. You don’t have to make drastic changes either – it could be something as simple as modifying the way seating is arranged at a fashion or awards show. One year you could use theatre-like seating and the next round tables. Be creative!

  • Get dramatic. Consider building a large custom prop that fits within the theme of the annual event and use it as a focal piece. But don’t stop there – take advantage of specialized lighting to highlight the backdrop for the evening. Take it a step further by tying table centerpieces to the larger piece and using mood lighting at entrances and walkways throughout the venue.

  • What’s in style? Think about current fashion and design trends and use those as a base for the event’s theme. A black tie gala doesn’t have to be a traditional ball – if the season’s trend happens to be vintage, for example, why not make it a 1920s black tie ball? Space and time are fluid when it comes to event design and production.

It is never a good sign if an annual event seems stuffy and tired – event management companies don’t want people dreading the party. Every year, the event should be something people look forward to, so ensure you change up the format and themes, and play with layout to make the experience unique and memorable. This is the perfect time to explore creative elements and provide that little extra something for clients.
