As a busy Atlanta event management company, we often find ourselves planning and producing back-to-back events. At times, these back-to-back events take place in the same venue, and sometimes, it’s even the same clients asking us to produce them!
So, how do we keep it fresh with back-to-back events? Though the thought of it may seem like it is a daunting task, this is what we do at Track Seven Events. We keep it fresh. We keep it exciting. We create the event you’ve always dreamed of, even if we have another event that same week or are working with you on another project! The trick to keeping it fresh is to make sure that we keep each event completely separate. There is no double-hitting, so to speak. What we mean is that we don’t cut corners by using the same props, décor, or color schemes when we have events so close together. We work closely with each client to determine what their ideal event consists of, and then our creative team focuses solely on those requirements. For example, if we have a benefit gala in an event space that is designed with intricate 3D mapping, customized mood lighting, and a monochromatic color scheme, we aren’t going to do the same thing for our next event several days later in the same space. We make it our business to break everything down and create a completely unique look and feel for the next event. As a creative yet pragmatic business, we know that your event is an investment of both time and money. We take that very seriously and work very hard to create a memorable and unique event just for you, regardless of our other clients or other events we’re also working on.
