This is a challenge that we all face on a daily basis especially for the first time event planner (like a bride or mom) who has no frame of reference and little to no experience. In the absence of good information decisions end up being based on a best guess, potentially misguided advice and in the worst scenario over or under valued vendor pricing. The only way to truly help clients navigate their budget and the costs associated with planning an event is to invest our time with them.
