Props and décor are always going to be a part of event design and production, but they should not be the sole focus of the event planning. At Track Seven Events, we work with you to maximize the focus you put on the space itself – we work to play up to the natural charm and beauty of a given space.
 
Thanks to our years of experience, we can set the mood of your entire event by integrating the existing décor of the space into the event design. For a professional corporate event, we’ll bring in a few key elements such as stylish carpeting, special lighting, cozy seating, and digital displays. For a gala event, we’ll consider the space’s architectural style and existing interior and play upon that.
 
We’ll also use our expertise to plan the layout of your event within the space. We’ll always discuss event activities and flow of traffic with our clients to generate a floor plan and design a layout for the event that is conducive to our client’s goals. In working on the layout, we’ll be able to incorporate our custom-built props, bars, and furniture, which will be the perfect complement to the space’s existing look.
